We are building the trust infrastructure for AI agents that handle regulated data — health records, legal files, financial detail. Three layers, each with a different margin profile:
Layer 1: Evidence services
Live today. Evidence Readiness Assessments ($5K), Implementation Sprints ($15–30K), and Stewardship Retainers ($3K/mo). We make an AI agent's conduct provable and questionnaire-ready for insurers and auditors. This is the revenue engine that funds platform development and creates captive demand.
Layer 2: Confidential compute platform
Live today. Every job runs inside a hardware-attested confidential environment (Intel TDX) and returns a post-quantum-signed receipt (ML-DSA-65, FIPS 204) that anyone can verify — no account required. Pilots from $1,500/mo; platform plan at $7,500/mo. Fail-closed: unverified jobs are rejected, not run.
Layer 3: Verifiable compute network
Roadmap. The same runtime extended onto idle, plugged-in electric vehicles — turning parked cars into verified, confidential compute nodes. In active conversation with automotive OEMs. Destination, not live.
Straight talk: Year 1 revenue mix targets 80% services + 20% platform. Year 3 target: 20% services + 80% platform. Services fund the build; platform margins scale.
Three forces converging
1. Regulation demands evidence
EU AI Act Art. 12 mandates 6-month record-keeping for high-risk AI systems. NIST AI RMF requires traceable evidence. These are not future risks — they are active procurement blockers.
2. Insurance is writing AI liability
Lloyd's, Armilla AI, Munich Re (aiSure), and AIUC are writing affirmative AI-agent liability coverage. Underwriters ask for evidence, not promises. We produce the evidence they accept.
3. Confidential compute is production-ready
Intel TDX and AMD SEV-SNP reached production maturity in 2024–2025. NVIDIA B200 supports confidential GPU mode. The hardware is here; the software layer that makes it usable for AI agents is not.
Where we sit — and where no one else does.
The confidential-computing market has two kinds of players: those that give you the enclave (but no proof), and those that give you receipts (but no enclave). We are the only platform that does both, per job.

The gap: AWS and Azure give you the vault but no receipt. The software-receipt startups give you a receipt but can't prove where it was signed. Only AugmentEV binds per-job proof to hardware attestation.

In active discussion with automotive OEMs for the verifiable compute fleet roadmap. Non-binding exploration phase.
Compliance commitment
SOC 2 Type I audit scheduled April 2027; Type II observation period to follow. In progress — auditor selected, readiness assessment underway. Tracked publicly on changelog.

Decades in technology, with roots in IBM Global Services (e-commerce, Server Group sales, emerging technology specialist). Built security systems for physical and digital environments. Manufacturing floor experience in EV production. Patent portfolio pending in the US under the Paris Convention.
